Playtech are one of the largest online gambling software providers in the world, whilst NetPlay, are providers of live interactive television gambling operations. Despite the deal between the two companies requiring the approval of Netplay shareholders, initial responses from shareholders of the current issued share capital, indicate that there is already a 43.4% committment to the deal.
