Microgaming have rolled out yet another basic 3 reels slot that is almost identical to the last one, and the only thing we are trying to understand is why actually bother?  Surely there are already enough 3 reel, 1 payline slots on the market that meet the needs of players?

Not only is the Cosmic Cat online slot almost identical in every way to almost every other 3 reel, 1 payline Microgaming slot, but it offers a rather pathetic jackpot of only 1000x the stake.  We can't recall seeing a jackpot so small and can only hope that the payout frequency is higher than other machines. (We didn't see anything in our testing of the Cosmic Cat sot which would indicate that this was actually the case.)

Overall, we were left wondering where on earth they get the ideas for the themes for some the new games.  We are all for imagination and innovative ideas, but 'Cosmic Cat'?  What is the slot world coming too?
